Hello coaches!

September, 2010 session enrolling now!

Feeling overwhelmed with marketing your practice?  Can’t figure out social media?  Or your niche?  How do you effectively toot your own horn so clients and opportunities come your way — consistently and frequently?  How do you build a satisfying coaching practice that will grow?

Master Coaches Pam Slim and Michele Woodward — designed Kick-Ass Mentoring Mastermind Groups for one purpose, and one purpose only: to help great coaches conquer their marketing fears and take smart steps to build thriving practices. We want you to learn what works — based on how we’ve built our own practices, and what we’ve learned by coaching others to success. You’ll get practical tips, tools, tactics and insights that will save you time, and money. Our super-charged marketing mastermind program is designed to get you the kind of business that works for you. Both of us teach in coach training programs and work with coaches one on one to build their businesses.  What we’ve seen about students at the entry and Master levels is that while your coaching skills are top-notch, many of you say you are still struggling with marketing your coaching practices, running into roadblocks like:

  • How to define your niche and identify your tribe
  • How to get a consistent flow of new leads into your business
  • How to create compelling offerings for your tribe that sell
  • How to choose between the myriad of social networking tools to promote yourself –Facebook, LinkedIn, blogs, vlogs, Ning, Twitter and YouTube,
  • How to create a marketing plan that works
  • How to manage fear and self-doubt
  • How to make enough money to quit the day job!

These things are exactly what we’ve designed our program to fix.

Kick-Ass Marketing Mastermind Groups include:

  • Weekly calls to laser in on the critical mindset, tools and tactics to make serious progress on building your business. The small group format will ensure you get lots of individual attention, and the best thinking of a group dedicated to your success.
  • Content-packed self-study marketing modules with results-oriented information and worksheets.  This will give you a strong foundation for knowing what to do so you can leverage your time on the calls most effectively.
  • Group forum site to share information between classes, share resources and support each other’s progress

If you participate in this program, you can expect to::

  • Define your niche and ideal market
  • Develop a marketing system that matches your core personality, style, spirit and unique sass
  • Understand the variety of options available for getting people to know, like and trust you
  • Develop a marketing plan

lauriefoley“Is your coaching practice stalled or maybe it never got off the ground? Pam and Michele are two of the most successful, real-world coaches that I’ve ever had the privilege to know and their honest, tell-all mentoring was exactly what I needed. I came into KAM with one goal: to get extremely clear about how to focus my practice. I’m leaving KAM with a lot more – a clear strategy, more confidence, and new clients.

If you are ready to go beyond ideas and into ACTION, booty up to this program.”

jennifervoss“I invested in Pam & Michele’s mentoring program with one specific goal in mind… to become a consistent blogger who had found her marketing “voice” by the end of the program. What I’m getting is a whole lot more. Within a couple of weeks, one “hot seat” session and some fabulous coaching, I began writing more consistently. In another session, product ideas that had been swirling in my head were visually organized into a clear client purchase path. More enlightening than nudging action steps, though, they have helped me shift my mind set around being an effective coach. As Michele says, there is a big difference between “becoming a coach” and “being a coach.” What Pam and Michele’s Kick Ass Mentoring has done for me, quite simply, is to help shift my “becoming a coach” thinking to be in alignment with my “being a coach” actions. From this place of alignment, marketing is no longer a “forced” or unnatural feeling action. I can feel the “voice” of my personal brand emerging, coupled with a natural marketing plan to make some serious stuff happen. Thanks Pam & Michele! I am grateful.”
