This week’s marketing tip concerns Your People.
To build your coaching practice full of clients who not only support your business but also add shine and enthusiasm to your life, take a minute to describe the characteristics of someone you consider an ideal client. This can be someone who paid you, or someone you coached for free.
As you imagine this person in your mind, write down the answers to the following questions:
1. What is his/her life situation? (business owner, busy mom, retiree, etc)
2. How would you describe this client’s personality?
3. What did you like best about your work with this person?
4. What kind of results did you accomplish working with this person?
5. How did you feel before, during and after your coaching session with this person?
If you are feeling motivated and can think of a couple of ideal clients, do this exercise with each.
Otherwise, note your answers to the questions above and go out looking for more of the same great energy!
